Protecting Your Home and Business is Our Biggest Concern!

10 Step Pre and Post Site Evaluation

1 / Inspect Surface Cleanliness:

Evaluate the current state of the surfaces to be cleaned. This will help develop the best plan of attack!

2/ Check for Damage/Pre Treatment Photos

Inspect the surfaces to be cleaned before treatment. We will look for any damages, discoloration, or other abnormalities and document them before treating them.

3 / Review Drainage

Confirm proper drainage of wastewater to prevent pooling or runoff issues and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

4 / Cover Any outlets, metal handles, stained doors

We cover these surfaces to prevent water damage,  avoid electrical hazards, protect finishes, and prevent rust or corrosion. This will help to maintain your property!

5 / Cleanup Area

Remove any equipment, debris, or protective coverings used during the job and restore the work area to its original condition.

6 / Final Walkthrough with Client

Conduct a final walkthrough of the job site with the client to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.

7 / Provide Maintenance Tips

Offer recommendations to the client for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the cleaned surfaces between professional pressure washing services.

8 / Discuss Follow-Up Services

Discuss potential follow-up services or maintenance schedules with the client to keep their property in optimal condition over time.

9 / Collect Feedback

Gather feedback from the client about their experience with the pressure washing service, including any areas for improvement or suggestions for future jobs.

10/ Post Treatment Photos

Our post-treatment photos showcase the dramatic difference our meticulous cleaning process can make. Witness surfaces restored to their former glory, free from dirt, grime, and stains. From revitalized driveways to sparkling outdoor surfaces, each image tells a story of remarkable transformation. It will also document any post-treatment damage that could take place. We do our best to keep your property safe and clean.
